The filter, which is always on the list of records, makes it easy to display the required selection of our data. The selection can be made according to several criteria such as the date, when the record was created, or the person who created the record. We filter the values using the Filter button.
You can save a filter by selecting “Save as new” and name it. This speeds up your searches as you can later select the saved filter rather than re-entering filter values.
