All records in Vistos CRM have the discussion option available. Questions and comments are graphically organized within the discussion.
Discussion is an internal element of the company. Users can post comments here, which are sent by clicking the Send button. If we want to respond to any of the comments, we will do so by using the Reply option. After sending our response, the relevant users will be notified about your comment.
If we want the user to be notified about our contribution in the discussion, we must assign it to the participants in the discussion. This is done by typing its username in the Subscribers section.
