Profiles
In the main settings, we find the Profiles entity. Profiles are how we assign rights to Users in order to maintain consistency and avoid the need to set user rights to each individual. Profile (user group) rights are then assigned in the settings for Access Rights and Column Access Rights.
Access rights
In Access Rights, we select an appropriate Profile (containing one or more users) to specify entities (menu items) and operations (create, see, edit, and delete) that users are allowed to perform.
Access rights to columns
In the Projection name, choose the projection needed by entering the name and selecting, or using the search to find the projection. Subsequently, we see which profiles for the entity are allowed to perform the appropriate operations with specific fields (they can view or modify).
We can select all in the table header and in the left sidebar, where we can make bulk edits for individual columns and rows.
Column Rights allow us to manage access to all system entities and define what is available for each Profile.
