The system contains alerts that give you a quick view of the status for particular entities. For a demonstration, we can use the Calendar section.
Green indicates the unobserved calls on the current day. These notifications let us know that we have new calls to view.
Orange color indicates the number of unobserved events on the the current day .
And Red gives an indicator of the number of unobserved appointments on the current day.
Individual colors tell us about the following:
Orange color are those opportunities that are in the stage of prospecting.
Green are those opportunities that are in the negotiating stage.
For issued invoices, the color range means the following: orange color is the number of unpaid invoices,and the red number of outstanding invoices overdue .
In the cases, the colors play the following role: The green notification represent cases that the user is assigned to and is in the “in progress” state .
Orange shows the number of issues that have the priority of the issue set as critical .
Red is the number of cases that run are past the Due date.
